Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes. If you’re a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.
How long do I have to send my return?
After notifying us that you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return your items.
What condition should my items be in?
Items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. You can handle clothing as you would in a shop to check the item.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days and sent to your original payment method.
Will my original shipping cost be refunded?
When you exercise your statutory cancellation right, your standard delivery charge will also be refunded.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@novalune.co.uk with your order number and let us know that you would like to cancel your purchase.
Are there any items I cannot return?
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
